The Centre provides scientific support to clients from the private and the public sector, such as UNEP and other organisations in the field of SCP. This support includes the development, testing, implementation and monitoring of concrete projects, especially in developing countries, which enables these countries to leapfrog to sustainable consumption and production patterns using life cycle thinking and regional perspectives as guiding principles. Mit dem Ziel eine nachhaltigere Bananenproduktion zu ermöglichen, bringt das Projekt Händler, NGOs und Importeure zusammen um gemeinsam Lösungen zu erarbeiten und umzusetzen. Unter dem Namen Aktionsbündnis für nachhaltige Bananen wird das Projekt, koordiniert durch das CSCP und gefördert und beraten durch das BMZ und die GIZ, weiter fortgesetzt. Read more
