CSCP Newsletter March 2013

Dear Reader,

in places as diverse as Brazil, Germany and Ghana, millions of people recently celebrated Carnival. At the same time many others welcomed the arrival of the Chinese Year of the Snake with parades and fireworks in Asia and indeed across many parts of the globe. We love to see the enthusiasm of people in all parts of the world.

We too are enthusiastic about Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) and we are particularly excited about the ambitious work plan we have underway for the year ahead of us. In China we recently began working on a roadmap for sustainable consumption. In Colombia and Switzerland we are engaging people on sustainable lifestyles. In North Rhine Westphalia, Germany, we kicked off a local project on sustainable consumption.

I invite you to read more about these projects and many other CSCP activities in the latest edition of our newsletter - our contribution to the worldwide process toward One-Planet-Living.
