CSCP Workshop at “Fortschritt gestalten” Congress

Improving the sustainability performance of products and services along the entire value chain nowadays is one of the key challenges for companies. Establishing new ways of interaction and communication between different companies and consumers can help making the business case for sustainability improvements. Digitalization is seen as one promising approach to enable two-way communication between companies and consumers. Thereby, companies cannot only show where improvements are taking place, but also receive questions and get challenged by their customers.

During the workshop conducted and moderated by Michael Kuhndt, head of the CSCP, the following speakers will give insights into how the topic is addressed by their companies:

  • Hartmut Gahmann, Head of Corporate Communications, Nestlé Deutschland AG, Frankfurt
  • Dr. Meike Gebhard, CEO, Utopia GmbH, München
  • Luis Neves, Climate Change and Sustainability Officer, Deutsche Telekom AG, Bonn
  • Stefan Schaller, Senior Projekt Manager Sustainability, GS1 Germany GmbH, Cologne

Workshop participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about best practices of eco-innovation that is based on communication between companies and society thanks to a gallery walk prepared by the EU funded greenXpo project. The project, where the CSCP is a partner, supports the workshop.
